At NYS, we are always looking at ways to give back to the community, whether through donations of our community classes to charity, or events/workshops in support of charitable causes.

Private Classes:

Get some One-on-One Attention with private yoga lessons, focusing on your goals and get personalized instruction based on your health, body type and lifestyle.
Each session will be carefully tailored to meet your personal needs.
 
Students book private lessons for a variety of intentions, such as:
Grasping the basics of yoga (3+ sessions recommended) Developing confidence to practice in group settings Tailoring their practice to benefit a sport or profession outside of the studio, such as improving golf swing or complementing triathlon training Learning to modify a practice while healing from injury Cultivating a therapeutic practice to manage or improve health issues like insomnia or low back pain Receiving one-on-one attention in a private space Deepening meditation practice  
Private Yoga Class Menu:
Private Session: $75 in Studio / $125 Alternate Location within 20 miles
Semi Private Session: $95 in Studio / $150 Alternate Location
Group Session Privates: 3-4 students $150  ($20 each additional student)
 
Add-on Treatments:
Aromatherapy: $10
Lavender Eye Pillow: $10
Foot Massage w/essential oils $10
 
 
Brides, Grooms and Wedding Parties book private lessons for a variety of intentions, such as: Balancing Stress / Emotions Creating positive energy Bonding with family and/or friends Mind, Body and Spirit Connection / Creating a sense of oneness  
Exercising on your wedding day may not sound like the first thing you want to do, but what if we told you doing a little yoga the morning of could not only calm your nerves, but also balance out your emotions and make you look & feel better!

Wedding / Bachelorette Classes:
Private: $95 in studio / $150 alternate location
Bride & Groom: $125 in studio / $175 alternate location 
Wedding Party $200 in studio / $250 alternate location
